Samone Williams
BGT Youth Director
Evangelist Samone Williams has been a member of BGT for over 15 years. She currently serves on the Praise and Worship team, the choir, and in the Youth Ministry.
BGT Youth Ministry is made up of individuals who are dedicated to seeing young people grow in their knowledge of the Lord. Parents also work closely with the Youth Director and her staff to ensure children can engage God’s word at their developmental level and build positive friendships with their peers.
Our youth programs include:
Sunday Children’s Church
Sunday morning worship and Bible teaching for children ages 2-17. Children learn Bible lessons, engage in educational and social activities, and participate in worship at their level of comprehension.
Diamonds and Pearls
A faith-based, fun day for middle school and high school aged girls. Diamonds and Pearls is designed to build pre-teen and teen girls’ confidence and self-esteem, teaching them that they are strong, beautiful, loved, and empowered by Jesus.
Save the Boys Campaign
A male mentoring program for middle school and high school aged boys. Save the Boys is designed to teach young males about basic life skills, including auto maintenance, college prep, military service, dressing for success, relationships, and more!
Vacation Bible School
Summertime learning and fun. This event is for the entire church and community. There are classes for all age groups to keep youth involved in ministry over their summer vacation
Fall Festival
A Halloween alternative. This event is extended to the community as a safe place where young people can gather and have good, clean fun. We have food, games, prizes, bounce houses, face painting, dancing, singing, and a message about Christ.
